The highly anticipated Extell development, One 57, is slated to start sales in just a few weeks. One 57 is a 90-story condominium tower at 157 West 57th Street, across from Carnegie Hall, that will boast spectacular views of Central Park. Units at the New York luxury condo won’t be ready for two years, but the appetite of high-end buyers, especially deep pocket foreigners looking for trophy apartments, is quite strong. One 57 will be one of the highest mixed-used towers in NYC where residents will enjoy exclusive services provided by the Park Hyatt hotel, which will be located on the lower floors. Christian De Portzamparc is the architect and Thomas Juul-Hansen will design the interiors.
One bedrooms at One 57 will start at around $3 Million and prices will go up to $30 Million for larger homes. With completion in 2013, sales will be conducted off floor plans.
We truly believed that One 57 will follow (and perhaps surpass) the the success of 15 Central Park West. One 57 will definitely be the next “It” address in all of Manhattan.
