101 Warren rises 35 stories in Tribeca, just north of the World Trade Center. This luxury building has 227 contemporary apartments that feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, private loggias, and custom millwork throughout. Kitchens are by bulthaup b3 and appliances are Sub-Zero and Miele.
101 Warren was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and is wrapped in two-story stone piers that create an interesting effect. Victoria Hagan designed the building’s common areas. Amenities include a doorman, concierge, residential manager, a “Bloomberg Financial Lounge” with international newspaper service, a Board Room facility with screening area, a health and fitness center, garden sun decks, spa, nursery, and an indoor-outdoor children’s play area. Unlike any other development in NYC, 101 Warren also has its own forest of 101 Austrian pine trees, the first “urban forest” of its kind. This mixed-use development also houses a Whole Foods supermarket, Barnes & Noble bookstore, Bank of America, and Starbucks.
