77 Reade Lofts is a brand new conversion of an 1852 loft building in Tribeca and an addition of a new construction limestone loft building (in a similar style) in the neighboring site. 77 Reade Lofts offer all that you would expect in a true Tribeca loft – exposed brick (in some units), high ceilings, cast-iron facade, high ceilings, large windows, and open floor plans.
Kitchens at 77 Reade feature Italian white lacquer cabinetry, Bianco Luna glass countertops, center islands, and Miele appliances. Bathrooms feature cast iron Kohler Tea for Two Soaking Tub, glass enclosed showers, Hansgrohe Rainshower fixtures, Flamed Asian granite, and White Ice glass tiles. The residential lobby at 77 Reade by design is accessed from the oldest surviving portion of the historic façade through mid-19th century cast iron columns, which open into the quiet ambience of the private abodes.
