Residences at Acqualina feature 9 or 10 foot ceilings, decorative baseboard and crown moldings, solid core wood doors, and oversized terraces. Kitchens feature Gaggenau appliances including cook top with hood, oven microwave and dishwasher, Sub-Zero refrigerator, European cabinetry, and granite countertops with backsplashes. Master bathrooms feature Wainscot high marble walls, marble countertops and flooring, Kohler elongated tubs and bidets, and luxury Whirlpool tubs. Amenities include a two story oceanfront spa, private beach club, three swimming pools and fitness center. Acqualina also offers three different restaurants for any type of dining, including the ocean front restaurant Il Mulino, originally from New York City. Owners at Acqualina have an array of residents only amenities and they can use the resort’s amenities as well, like 24-hour room service, hair salon, and nanny services, among others.
