Gansevoort South Residences is a building on the ocean at 23rd St. and Collins that has been renovated to include both the residences and the namesake hotel. The hotel is the sister of its NYC hotel in the Meat Packing District and Conde Naste Traveler UK named it one of the top 50 hotels in the world.
The hotel boasts 334 hotel guest rooms and the condo residence boasts 259 condos. Condos occupy floors 9 to 17 and range from 721 sq. ft. to 5,253 sq. ft. The condo owners have full access to the many amenities at the hotel. Gansevoort South features three oceanfront pools, including a 110 foot rooftop pool, an expansive infinity edge pool on the plaza level and a south pool, and an exclusive beach club. A short walk away from Lincoln Road, the Gansevoort South has easy access to all the restaurants, lounges, and nightlife that South Beach has to offer.
