The Grosvenor was developed by Ugo Colombo who is well known for his high-end buildings (Bristol Tower, Santa Maria and Epic). The building has 151 residences over 32 floors and was completed in 2006. The buildings range from 1,595 sq. ft. to 7,061 sq. ft. The building is located in Coconut Grove, the oldest neighborhood in Miami that was formed in 1919. The neighborhood is very lush and has lots of shopping and restuarnts. There are only two new towers in Coconut Grove, The Gosvenor House and Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove.
