Designed by maverick architect Neil Denari, HL 23 is a futuristic design featuring industrial steel and glass curtain wall. HL23 is a new luxury boutique condo that takes its name from its location adjacent to the High Line Park on W 23rd St. The eastern most part of HL 23 is cantilevered over the High Line Park. Enormous windows showcase magnificent north and south views of the High Line and surrounds, as well as eastern views as well.
The column-free interiors of HL23 have been designed by architect Thomas Juul-Hansen. Residences feature entry foyer off the private keyed elevator, rift cut solid oak plank flooring, Kitchens feature custom-designed Poliform cabinetry, Miele appliances, and wide-plank Dinesen wood flooring. Bathrooms feature marble slab walls and stone slab floors, custom-designed, glass-enclosed “wet rooms”, up to 11 foot-long vanities, and floor-to-ceiling shade systems. Amenities included 24-hour doorman and fitness center. HL 23 is located in a great thriving neighborhood thanks to the addition of the High Line Park and all of the Chelsea Art Galleries in the area.
