The tower is located on 42nd St. between 10th and 11th and features 151 condominium residences on floors 51 to 63, as well as luxury rentals from floors 7 to 50. This mixed-use development also houses three off-Broadway theaters designed by Frank Gehry and the new Yotel hotel.
